Words that I pull from my mouth
Behind my lips,
they smell like smoke
A confetti of nicotine
And a few loose teeth
A silk ribbon,
from under my sleeve
Word after word, sliding off of my tongue
They just keep falling to the floor
In a heap of false hope
The "I love you"s and the "I hate you"s
And the "Please pass the ketchup"
And the applause could wake the dead
I am a magician
I am a magician
And I can make you want me

good job, i really like how it's short and to the point, yet it's so descriptive at the same time.
"word after word, sliding off of my tounge" i like that one.
